It's the picture book contemporary Malibu mansion that we think of when imagining where the stars live, and this eye candy mansion actually belongs to Matthew Perry! Having purchased the home in August of 2011 for $8.65m, he re-listed it in October at $13.5m. Claiming it has been totally renovated with no expense spared, does that mean Perry is in the house-flipping business? Surely he wouldn't have had time to live in it!
