A Bel-Air home with the nickname “Casa Encantada” (Enchanted House) has a $55 million lower price. The 1930’s-era home was the most expensive in the US but now priced at $195 million. It is listed with Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency and Drew Fenton of Carolwood Estates.
