A Little Bit of Paris in Texas!
A Little Bit of Paris in Texas!
Here's something new: A two story closet and two story library! Every week we think Texas has out done itself on a property we feature, but this week's Texas mansion proves the bigger and better theory in spades. What's next? No telling!
French all the way, the house is based on a 17th century chateau near Paris and the name of the street address is similar to a small hill town above Monaco. Here is where you entertain your oil pumping friends in grand style, and hopefully have friends in France to invite as well. Comprising 48,000 square feet, even the whole population of La Turbie would get lost inside!
There is a deal here. The purchase gets you 90 acres with mineral rights and the furniture is included. There are another 165 acres with mineral rights available along with 3 additional homes. The furniture is a big item because it must have taken forever to collect just the right pieces; not something you would want to have to do over again.
Just bring a toothbrush and enough clothes to fill the massive closets and you're good to go. Not surprisingly, 450 people can be seated on the veranda, and we're guessing that they can also all fit in the steam room with room to spare. Needless to say, every conceivable amenity that we're aware of is included for your enjoyment. Dallas, DFW Airport and shopping nearby.
