The Big Bang-star Kaley Cuoco has been buying and selling a lot of Southern California real estate in the last few years. In 2010, she bought a five-bedroom Sherman Oaks home for $2.4 million and sold it in 2014 for $2.565 million. She took a loss on a Tarzana house she bought from Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian in 2014 for $5.5 million, but sold it in 2020 for only $3.95 million. In 2020, she spent almost $12 million on an LA home she built with her then-husband, Karl Cook, and sold it for $16.17 million after their divorce. And something she still owns, a 40-acre equestrian ranch in Thousand Oaks that she bought in 2017 for $5 million. Kaley just sold a five-bedroom home in LA’s Agoura Hills neighborhood for $5.475 million that she bought in 2022 from Twilight actor Taylor Lautner for $5.25 million.
