“Nashville” TV Show Mansion!
"Nashville" TV Show Mansion!
Must SeeTop 10 Florida Condos For SaleIf you ever wanted to live like a well-heeled country music star, here’s your chance! With unbeatable credentials, this house was originally used as the set for the ABC hit show Nashville and viewers all over the country fantasized about this home. Now it’s for sale!
It’s a show that no one expected to like, but has taken over viewers by the droves. Though Nashville has its critics as well as rave reviews, it’s fun that the original episodes have been shot around Nashville in so many recognizable places. Its production has also brought a boost to the local economy by hiring at least 400 locals and providing food and services to the cast and crew by local businesses. The story about a fading country music singer whose record company wants her to pair up with a rising superstar, gives automatic intrigue, but the music really makes it a winner.
To us the real scene stealer was the house where character Rayna James "lived." The house, land and decor was so perfect that ABC didn’t change a thing for the filming. In fact, when they finally moved to a sound stage, they duplicated every detail of the rooms exactly. Not many homeowners receive that much praise for their good taste! Hats off to Sylvia Roberts and her family! They achieved what most set designers can’t do nearly as well.
Set on 6 lush acres, the 20,500 square foot mansion has 6 bedrooms and 10 baths along with a fabulous kitchen where many scenes were shot, impressive library, grand entertaining spaces and luxurious grounds with pool and pool house. Previously on the market in 2010 for $22.5 million, it is now back on the market at $19.5 million - this time with film credits!
