Available are 91 luxury residences, including 11 penthouse units. All units will be delivered fully furnished and guest-ready. When not in residence, owners have the option to rent their condo. Let vacationers help pay for your dream condo near the beach. Owners can use the hotel rental system or rent their suite out on their their own by using a platform such as Airbnb, VRBO, or Booking.com. Owners can use their suite whenever they choose, but there is a limit of 30 consecutive days per city hotel ordinance.
