Recently separated from wife, Jennifer Lopez, and the listing of their newlywed home in Beverly Hills for $68 million, Ben Affleck appears to be moving on to the single life with the $20.5 million purchase of a Cliff May-designed home in LA’s equestrian neighborhood Sullivan Canyon.
