Luxury Oceanfront Condos Coming To Pompano Beach

With a brand new state-of-the-art fishing pier slated to open soonand a near sellout of Sabbia Beach, the town’s first luxury oceanfront condo tower since 2008, several developers are planning large projects in Pompano Beach. Both the Related Group, Florida’s largest developer, and Lionheart Capital have plans to build ocean-view condo buildings with about 100 units in the Related development and over 200 for Lionheart. Pre-construction sales are expected to start soon.
