*Key features of the Dolce&Gabbana program include:
- The hybrid residences and lock-out system allows owners to separate a portion of their unit, such as a guest bedroom, into a separate private suite and entrance. This hybrid unit can then be rented out through the Dolce&Gabbana hotel program, while the owner continues to use the rest of the residence. This provides a balance of income generation and owner’s personal use.
- Optional Hotel Rental Program: Owners can place their entire unit or the locked-out portion of their unit into the hotel’s rental program. A professionally managed service that handles reservations, marketing, security, and all aspects of the rental, thus providing a hands-off experience for the owner.
- Direct Rental: Owners are able to handle their own rentals, either personally or through a third-party property management service.
The hotel’s management team will be managed by Highgate, a global reservation system to maximize occupancy and revenue.
