Four Seasons Residences In Coconut Grove

The first standalone Four Seasons Private Residences (no hotel component) in Florida is coming to Coconut Grove in 2027. Pre-construction reservations now available for two- to-four-bedroom residences ranging from 2,900 to almost 4,000 square feet and four penthouse residences from 6,430 to 9,690 square feet. Unobstructed views of Biscayne Bay, designer Italian kitchens and baths, doorman, car wash, dog grooming, private elevators and tall ceilings. Amenities include onsite restaurant, large pool and spa, state-of-the-art gym, sensory showers, and Surf Club membership. Prices range from $6 million to $10 million. Construction starts soon with estimated completion in 2027.
