Auberge Resorts Collection’s newest destination will be a once-in-a-generation development in South Florida, offering refined luxury service, active and enriching experiences, and unparalleled living. Exquisite one-to-four bedroom residences ranging from 900 to 4,500 square feet with architecture by Kobi Karp and interiors by AvroKO. Prices range from just under $2 million to $10.5 million. Located in Hallandale Beach, between Fort Lauderdale and Miami Beach. Expected completion 2025.

Set within the Mediterranean-inspired grounds of a private 150-acre enclave, a sanctuary of tranquility and refinement. Flexible Rental Opportunities

The property has condo-hotel zoning, so short term rentals are permitted. The property has a 180-day per year occupancy limit. When not in residence, owners will have the option of placing their residence in the onsite rental program for revenue. Auberge will be the onsite hotel management to handle rentals. Rental splits at Auberge are typically 50-50 but have not yet been confirmed for this property.

Residences

Residences are designed by AvroKO to celebrate an alluring tropical lifestyle. Living, dining, and entertainment spaces with high ceilings transition invisibly to private wraparound terraces for seamless indoor-outdoor living. Floor-to-ceiling windows, natural stone and wood finishes, private wraparound terraces. The custom kitchens include chef-caliber Gaggenau appliances, and baths include a deep-soaking bathtub and floor-to-ceiling windows.

A boutique resort managed by Auberge Resorts Collection, residential owners will be permitted rental flexibility. Auberge is a best-in-class luxury resort and residential operator known for one-of-a-kind experiences in extraordinary destinations.

The amenities include a state-of-the-art golf center with technology such as swing catalyst, foresight, putt view, and a Sam Putt Lab. The club will also feature a 7,500-square-foot fitness & wellness center as well as a racquet club hosting tennis and pickleball courts. Members will also have use of a private yacht club with day slips for members, including a houseboat and fishing boat.
