According to SmartAssett, several beach towns in the Southeast and Pacific Northwest U.S. won’t cost a fortune in buried treasure to find a home, but some of the most affordable beach towns are in Mississippi including Gulfport with a median home price of $116,200; Biloxi at $149,500; Bay St. Louis at $161,300 and Ocean Springs at $151,500.
