Allegiant Cancels Giant Florida Resort Project!

With the coronavirus causing big problems with air travel, Allegiant Air has stopped construction of its giant $420 million Sunseeker Resort it was building in Southwest Florida. With construction of the waterfront long-term suites and hotel rooms well underway, Allegiant has stopped all further construction for at least 18 months. Allegiant had canceled the resort’s planned condos in early 2019.
