Richard recently sold his own six-bedroom, eight-bathroom residence for $19.5 million – the highest sales price ever in the Brentwood neighborhood. Landry purchased the lot in 2015, and over the next three years, he designed, built, decorated and landscaped the estate. Morgan Trent and Aaron Kirman of Aaron Kirman Group at Compass represented Landry in the sale.
