According to data from Realtors.com, Zillow and RE/MAX, more people are trying to sell their homes, homes are taking longer to sell, and price cuts are common. According to Realtor.com, US homes for sale in June jumped almost 30% compared to 2024, reaching the one million mark for the first time since 2020.
