America’s Most Expensive 2014 Home

One of Connecticut’s most historic homes, Cooper Beach Farms, is for sale at $150 million. Built in 1898 with 50 acres of prime Greenwich waterfront and two islands, it was the most expensive home in the U.S. when it was on the market in 2014 at $120 million.
