According to a recent analysis of stress factors such as housing affordability, divorce rates, workday hours, unemployment, depression rates, and access to mental health-care providers, Newton, Massachusetts is America’s most stress-free city, followed by Sunnyvale and Santa Clara, California. Detroit and Flint, Michigan were the most stressful towns. The study was done by Lawnstarter to mark August 15th National Relaxation Day.
