The $93 million deal was the purchase of three homes by InterSystems-founder, Phillip Ragon, who negotiated for about a year to buy the homes from three different owners. Ragon plans to demolish the homes and built something much larger. And the $100 million Golden Beach listing will be the most expensive home ever sold in the Miami area if it comes close to the asking price.
