Rocker Robbie Williams Pays $40 Million For Florida Mansion
Rocker Robbie Williams is the new owner of a South Florida waterfront home he bought for a record price of $40 million – plus $5 million more for the furnishings. The Old Cutler Bay home with over 19,000 square feet is located on a rare one-acre peninsula lot with 435-feet of water frontage, a 75-foot dock, and views on three sides. Dennis Carvajal with ONE Sotheby’s International Realty represented the seller, while the buyer was represented by Chad Carroll at The Chad Carroll Group of Compass.

Taylor & Travis House Hunting In Ohio
Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce might be heading to Ohio. The engaged couple were recently in the Cleveland area and were spotted touring at least two ritzy homes in the East Cleveland area. Kelce grew up in Cleveland and played college football in the Buckeye State.

Olivia Dunne Strikes Out With Babe Ruth Co-Op Board
Olivia Dunne might have eight million followers on her video-sharing platform, but the former LSU gymnast and current Sports Illustrated swimsuit model could not convince the co-op board for Babe Ruth’s New York apartment to approve her purchase. Olivia offered to pay cash for the Upper West Side apartment, where Ruth lived from 1920 to 1940, but New York co-op boards are notorious for denying celebrity buyers.

Nick Lachey Buys Back LA Home
Three years after selling their five-bedroom home to tennis star Naomi Osaka for $6.3 million, Nick and Vanessa Lachey are buying it back for $7.95 million. Naomi made substantial improvements to the San Fernando Valley home, adding a full gym and spa with a cold plunge and steam room. There is also a pool and pickleball court.

Kanye’s Malibu Mansion Saga Continues 
The Malibu Beach home that Kanye West bought in 2021 for $57.3 million but then gutted, abandoned and sold for $21 million has hit a new snag. The 4,000-square-foot home, designed by renowned architect Tadao Ando, has bounced between several developers and is now back on the market for $34.9 million.

Brad Pitt Sells One of His Homes 
Brad Pitt has sold one of his LA homes, a three-bedroom mid-century modern in the Los Feliz neighborhood. One of Hollywood’s busiest home collectors, Pitt bought the home in 2023 for $5.5 million in a trade with Getty family heiress Aileen Getty. Known as the Steel House, the 1960s-era home was designed by architect Neil Johnson and updated by Mark Haddawy, who has worked on many of LA’s most notable homes.

Rudy Takes Haircut On UES Penthouse
Rudy Giuliani’s New York City Upper East Side apartment has sold for $4.95 million, quite a bit less than the $6.5 million he asked in 2023. It is the same three-bedroom, East 66th Street apartment that he almost lost in 2023 as payment for a $148 million lawsuit verdict for two Georgia election officials. Giuliani bought the apartment in 2002 with his then-wife, Judith Nathan Giuliani, the same year his divorce from his second wife, Donna Hanover, was finalized.

The Robert Taylor and Barbara Stanwyck Ranch 
One of Southern California’s most interesting properties, which was also the home of two of the most popular Hollywood stars of the 1950s and ‘60s, Robert Taylor and Barbara Stanwyck, is for sale, asking $70 million. The Robert Taylor Ranch includes three homes, totaling over 20,000 square feet and over 100 acres, the largest single-family lot in Los Angeles. Taylor’s career began in the 1930s, starring in movies such as Camille and Bataan, and lasted into the 1960s, when he had his own hit TV show, The Detectives, starring Robert Taylor. Stanwyck had a similar history, starring in over 80 films from the 1930s to the ‘50s before turning to television in the 1960s, including The Barbara Stanwyck Show and The Big Valley.

Lily Collins’ Case Study House #10
When World War II ended and the American troops were returning home, it was the start of the baby boom and a monumental housing shortage. The magazine Arts & Architecture put out a challenge to architects to build attractive, affordable homes. Their Case Study Houses were numbered 1 through 28, and were built from 1945 sporadically through 1966. Actress Lily Collins bought LA Case Study House # 10 from fellow actress Kristen Wiig in 2021 for $3.9 million. She just sold it for $6.2 million.

David Duchovny Gets $11 Million For His Malibu Home & Caboose
Californication and X-Files star David Duchovny has sold his Malibu contemporary home for $10.98 million. David bought the open-concept home with three bedrooms, an actual train caboose, and private beach assess on an acre of land in 2016 for $4.75 million. The property also includes an outdoor kitchen, Miele appliances, polished cement floors and a pool. He spent about $1 million to make the caboose a comfortable guest space with a kitchen, bath and rooftop deck.
