Mohamed Hadid has lowered the price for his LA property on 27 acres in the exclusive Beverly Crest neighborhood from $250 million to $68 million. Mohamed, father of Bella and Gigi Hadid, was planning to build a 100,000-square-foot home there but began the project without a building permit and had to tear down a partially built home and stop any further construction.
