California Mansion Includes Treehouse & Suspension Bridge

In 2012, tech billionaire David Duffield designed a home near San Francisco with over 21,000 square feet on 21 acres and included two guest houses, a car barn, a designer treehouse, a 75’ suspension bridge, two pools, a dog spa, aviary and more. Duffield sold the home in 2020 with the proceeds going to Maggie’s Fund, a no-kill pet shelter in the East Bay. The home is now on the market again at $35 million.
