A Chicago home with ties to Mrs. O’Leary whose cow started the Great Chicago Fire is for sale at $599,877. The 6,270-square-foot mansion was built in 1890 for the son of Catherine O’Leary whose cow allegedly started the 1871 fire when the cow knocked over a lantern that ignited the family barn and burned down much of the city.
