A home located on the site where Cloris Leachman lived for almost 30 years is for sale, asking $19.995 million. Dating back to the 1930s, the almost one-acre property consists of two parcels, which were once the site of a historical botanical garden. Cloris and her husband, Georgeo Englund, owned the property until 2000, before the original building was demolished. The current home was built in 2003 by architect Lise Claiborne Matthews and includes a private cinema, gym, wine cellar, koi pond, saltwater pool and spa, and a three-car garage with a spacious motor court.

The longtime actress was best known for her Emmy-winning performances in The Mary Tyler Moore Show and other films, as well as her Oscar-winning appearance in The Last Picture Show.

The home’s listing agents are Sally Forster Jones and Kathryn Perkins from Compass.
