One of Florida’s most upscale towns and home to the historic Biltmore Hotel, Coral Gables is in the news for the $55 million sale of one of South Florida’s prettiest homes: a Mediterranean-style mansion with over 12,500 square feet, seven bedrooms and 225 feet of Biscayne Bay frontage. Features include a temperature-controlled wine cellar designed to hold over 2,700 bottles, two offices, extra-large terraces, a summer kitchen, a private dock with a boat lift, and postcard views of the bay.

Dennis Carvajal with ONE Sotheby’s International Realty represented the seller, Anthony Lopez, an insurance attorney engaged to Dr. Nicole Martin, a former star of The Real Housewives of Miami. The buyer is represented by Banna Fakhoury, ONE Sotheby’s International Realty.
