Dakota Owners Look To Past!

Two owner neighbors at the Dakota in New York have teamed up to potentially sell their individual apartments as one unit. Many of the original 65 Dakota units have been downsized so that only three remain as originally designed, one of which is owned by Yoko Ono. The two combined listings are listed at $20.5 million.
