East of Eden Mansion Going To Auction!

One of the few mansions in Bar Harbor that survived a 1947 fire that destroyed most of the town will be going to auction on September 7th. Bar Harbor was the summer stomping ground of the elites: John D. Rockefeller, Jr., J. P. Morgan, Cornelius Vanderbilt, the Astor family, and President William Taft.
