The Rancho Santa Fe Covenant is a 6,200-acre community established in 1928 in Santa Fe, California, where most of the homes follow a Spanish design style. At the heart of the community is the Rancho Santa Fe Golf Club, which opened in 1929 and was the original site for Bing Crosby’s famous clambakes. Crosby was an early homeowner of the Covenant.

One of the area’s largest and most interesting homes is an 8,334-square-foot residence on four acres that has been totally restored and reinvented with unique custom finishes and new landscaping into one of the San Diego area’s premier estates. The home is listed for $14.495 million with Ian Arnett and Delorine Jackson of The Jackson Arnett Group at Douglas Elliman.
