A contemporary home in Highland Beach, Florida has set two new sales records – in just a few months. The 11,000-square-foot, oceanfront home sold in March for $21.57 million. Just a couple months later, the owners flipped the home at $30.25 million. Nearby Palm Beach home prices have increased an average of 111.4% since 2020.
