Florida Condo Sales Up 11%

Florida condo and townhome sales increased by 11% in July, including all price levels from less expensive units to more expensive ones as the market continues to stabilize. This is the eleventh consecutive month that Florida condo and townhome sales have increased.

Two factors seem to be assisting the market’s recovery, according to Florida Realtors® Chief Economist Dr. Brad O’Connor: affordability is boosting demand among buyers seeking a less expensive option, while better financial circumstances among wealthier households are boosting sales higher up the price ladder. Sales between $500,000 and $1 million increased by 24%, while sales below $500,000 increased by over 8% from 2025. Sales above $1 million increased by over 31%.
