According to a report from Realty Trac, house flipping days are back in Florida. The top U.S. city in 2015 was Miami with 10,658 flipped homes – about 8.6 percent of total home sales. About 5.5 percent of all 2015 U.S. home sales fell in the flip category. A flipped home is defined as a home that sells twice within a 12-month period.
