Florida Home Prices Up Over 17%!

Florida’s statewide median sales price for single-family existing homes in the first quarter of 2021 was $317,500, up 17.6% from the same time a year ago. The statewide median price for Florida condo and townhouse properties during the quarter was $235,422, up 14.8% over the year-ago figure. The median is the midpoint; half the homes sold for more, half for less.
