Florida Leads U.S. In Home-Price Appreciation!

With home values up over 31% in the past year, Florida condos and homes lead the nation in home-price appreciation; Arizona was next at almost 29%. New York City and Washington D.C. were at the bottom at a 9.9% gain. Home appreciation from 2021 to 2022 was at 20.9% for the entire country.
