Bought America’s Most Expensive Home, But Won’t Live There!

The 105,000-square-foot home, known as ‘The One,’ in L.A.’s exclusive Bel Air neighborhood recently sold to Richard Saghian at auction for $141 million. Saghian plans to keep the home as an investment, but does not plan on actually living there. Once projected to sell for as much as $500 million, construction took 10 years causing bankruptcy for the original developer.
