International Real Estate Sales In U.S. Plunge!

International investments for residential real estate in the United States have declined 36% since early 2018. According to data from the National Association of Realtors, internationals purchased $121 billion in U.S. homes between April 2017 and March 2018, but only $78 billion between April 2018 and March 2019. At least one expert is calling it the ‘Trump effect.’
