The star of The King of Queens has purchased a home in Delray, Florida. Native New Yorker Kevin James paid $18 million for an almost 12,000-square-foot oceanfront home with six bedrooms and a guest house. This is the second Delray home for Kevin who sold a similar home in 2016 for $26.4 million. Delray has become one of South Florida’s most popular beach towns. USA Today named it “the most fun small town in America” and Travel Holiday named it “the top beach in the southeastern United States.”
