LA’s Enchanted Hill Sells for $65 Million!

Once the location of a silent-film era celebrity couple’s home, Microsoft’s Paul Allen bought the home in 1997 for $20 million with plans to build a new home. He tore down the existing 1920’s mansion but he died in 2018 and the land remained empty. At one time, the site was priced as much as $150 million.
