One of Maryland’s most historic homes, an early 20th-century Georgian Revival mansion with over 35,400 square feet on 23 acres, has hit the market at $19.95 million. Located on the banks of the Severn River in Annapolis, Maryland, it was a longtime home for monks from the Capuchin Order of the Catholic Church. The home has seven bedrooms, eight full bathrooms and five half baths. The estate was previously listed at $24.9 million.
