Although it is not yet a hot spot for celebrity homes, Melissa McCarthy may have started a trend with her purchase of a three-bedroom penthouse in a new building in New York City’s Little Italy. Designed by Morris Adjmi, the asking price for McCarthy’s purchase was $7.3 million.
