Miami Home Prices Plunge 12%

With high interest rates and a slower real estate market grinding on for months, home prices have come down in much of the country. Miami condo and home prices have fallen almost 12% in the past year. San Diego home prices fell 9.1%, and Kansas City prices are down 8.5%.
