Luis just spent some of his contract on the $12.3 million Monarch Estate in South Florida. It is named the “Monarch Estate” for the property’s flowering plants that attract Monarch butterflies. It is the highest price ever paid for a home in the Weston area. Senada Adzem of Douglas Elliman had the listing.
