In 2017, Novak Djokovic bought a three-bedroom, under-construction condo at Eighty Seven Park for $5.77 million and just sold it for $6 million. Eighty Seven Park is located nextdoor to the Champlain Towers South condominium in Surfside, Florida that recently collapsed killing 95 people, with more people still missing.
