Several 1960’s-era buildings are heading for the wrecking ball and owners are hitting a goldmine. According to Zillow records, owners of a 1978 condo building in Pompano Beach received as much as $800,000 for their 302-square-foot residences. Its replacement will be a new state-of-the art condo building.
