A Laguna Beach home for sale at $40 million is built on the site of Ozzie & Harriet Nelson’s weekend vacation home. The current owner bought the home from the Nelson family in 1997 and then demolished the home to build the current 8,700-square-foot oceanfront home. The Adventures of Ozzie & Harriet was one of the huge hit TV shows of the 1950s and ‘60s.
