In 2009, Spector was convicted of murdering actress Lana Clarkson in his home in 2003. He has been in a California prison since his conviction but put the home on the market as a result of a divorce settlement with a woman he married while in jail. The 1925 mansion includes nine bedrooms, 10 baths, bar and hair salon.
