Pompano Beach Gets Ritz Carlton & Waldorf Astoria

Once a sleepy beach town, Pompano Beach has become a hot spot for luxury-oceanfront condo developments. The Pompano Beach Ritz Carlton began construction in late 2022 of two residential buildings with 205 residences on the ocean and the Intracoastal. And the Pompano Beach Waldorf Astoria recently launched its development located just a few blocks from the Ritz Carlton. According to the Ritz Carlton developer, more than 90% of the 205 condos in their project are already sold.
