Ranked #1 US Town Over & Over Again

According to an analysis of America’s smaller towns, Carmel, Indiana was ranked by Livability.com as the Midwest’s best small town. Carmel has been named “America’s Best Place to Live” dozens of times over the last decade, including the #1 spot in major national rankings over 10 times since 2012.
