Huge soccer-fan Rod Stewart has listed his longtime LA mansion for $70 million. Filled with amenities including a speakeasy, two gyms and a soccer field, the nine-bedroom, 33,000-square-foot home in the city’s North Beverly Park neighborhood has been Stewart’s home since 1991.
