South Florida Home Prices Surging!

According to a new report from Douglas Elliman, Florida luxury condo and home prices are surging in a trend that is expected to continue as high-income people move from the high-tax northeastern U.S. to low-tax Florida. The median sale price in Fort Lauderdale for luxury homes rose 30% in the third quarter of 2019 to $2.1 million and luxury home prices in Miami Beach and Palm Beach hit record highs.
