A recent listing of a nine-bedroom contemporary on 100 feet of water frontage also includes a guest home that was built in 1924 – Star Island’s first home. Together the two residences offer a total of 10 bedrooms plus 12 baths on 23,000 square-feet of living space. The property just sold for $57 million. It was listed by Dina Goldentayer with Douglas Elliman. The buyer was represented by Chad Carroll with The Carroll Group at Compass.
