The traditional East Coast-style home includes six bedrooms and nine bathrooms, theater, gym, wine cellar, sauna, and an elevator. Andreas Elsenhans at Westside Estate Agency, Amir Mostame at The Agency and Marcy Roth at Douglas Elliman represented the sellers in the sale while Sandi Jacobi at Berkshire Hathaway represented the buyers.
